Initial Screening

When you click "Apply Now" and schedule an interview through our Calendly link, we'll conduct the first interview to assess your qualifications and suitability for the role.

Partner Interview

In the second interview, you'll meet with all Kampi Cloud partners. This ensures alignment with our values, culture, and expectations. Passing this stage indicates you're a good fit for our organization.

Client Interview

Successful candidates from the partner interview move on to the third interview with the potential client. Here, the client evaluates your compatibility with their specific requirements.

Onboarding with the Client

After successfully passing the client interview, we focus on integrating the VA seamlessly into the client's daily tasks and software systems, ensuring a smooth transition and productive collaboration.

Virtual Assistant FAQs

You'll need a reliable computer, a high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace. We also use various software tools and CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and we'll provide training on these platforms as needed.

To start, the following prerequisites are essential:
- A personal computer, either a laptop or a desktop
- A processor of Intel i5 grade, or superior
- A minimum of 4GB RAM
- A consistent internet connectivity, with a recommended speed of no less than 10Mbps

Further desirable equipment and conditions include:
- A headset or microphone for optimal audio clarity.
- A webcam for video conferencing purposes. (Zoom, Google Meets, Etc.)
- A designated work desk for work.
- A workspace that is adequately illuminated and free from disturbances.
- Laptop or Mobile Device capable of facilitating international calls

While we appreciate relevant experience, the most important qualities we look for are a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or virtual assistance is a plus.

We work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. As a VA or telemarketer, you may be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, appointment setting, data entry, market research, customer support, and more. The specific tasks will depend on the client's needs.
